It's me, ur ole pal Perry!!

I noes, it has been furever since i has had a blog post. I has been thinkin' bout all mai pals lately, espeshully teh ones that has gone 2 teh rainbow bridge. When @petiethecat went awhile ago, dat just broke mai heart. He was one of mai first pals on twitter, he even let me in teh orange floofy belly brother club!

Petie was purrty cool dat way, I loved him lawts and will miss him alwayz!

Then recently I heard about @javathecat crossing over to the rainbow bridge. Mai heart broke again! Java did so much for teh anipal community and the #pawpawty's and was alwayz so friendly and luvable.

Nao today I hear dat @JinJinDoggy has also gone to teh rainbow bridge. I canut believe this, iz crushed! Jin was one ov teh sweetest and nicest dawgies I evar had teh privledge 2 noes on twitter. iz in shock! i canut believe all teh loss lately, iz just 2 much 2 bear. *snif*

Which brings me 2 mai news of teh week dat i wans 2 share. u noes i has not been on twitter much lately. Between mommy hogging teh puter and me... well i has not been feeling all dat well. i had mai birthday on teh 8th so mommy decided i needed to go to teh V.E.T. i really did not appreciate dat since i had not been in 2 years!!

well, after xrays and blood tests and blah blah blah...dey has found dat i has renal failure. i guess dey call it CRF. i has 2 eat sum funky food, take sum tablets dat r teh size of mai left paw and NO MOAR TEQUILA! yeah rite, liek dat iz gonna happen.... i say.... ::line 'em up:: tequila shooters fur evarybuddy!!

liek i tell mommy, life iz short... drink tequila!!!

inigo flufflebum is more than a frend ov mine, he's a ragdoll which means he is a brother frum another mother. sadly, today he is making teh journey to teh rainbow bridge after a long battle with a crummy illness. fortunately fur him, dat dawg sam will be there to greet him. i spent many years preparing sam so i know that inigo an him will get along great! when dat dawg sam went to the rainbow bridge, a friend sent this to mommy and in honor of mai pal inigo, i would like to post it here today and hope that it helps mai pal rumblz an teh rumblemum and rumbledad 2:

As much as i loved the life we had and all the times we played,

I was so very tired and knew my time on earth would fade.

I saw a wonderous image then of a place that's trouble free

Where all of us can meet again to spend eternity.

I saw the most beautiful rainbow, and on the other side

Were meadows rich and beautiful - lush and green and wide;

And running through the meadows as far as the eye could see

Were animals of every sort as healthy as could be.

My own tired, failing body was fresh and healed and new

And i wanted to go run with them, but i had something left to do.

Birman Rescue

Some of you may noes that i came 2 live wit m&d frum Birman Rescue 9 years ago. *iz a lucky kitteh*

i learned ov a sitation yesterday dat is similar 2 mine. der iz a birman kitteh in north carolina dat needs a new home rite away. This came to the Birman List dat mommy is subscribed to:

We have a Male - Blue Birman cat - approx 12 years old - with claws - that we desperately need to find a new home for. He has been my mother's cat since birth but she has had to go in Assisted Living and is on Hospice - and we are unable to leave the cat in her home any longer. He's a very loving cat but my mother went to FL to visit my sister & I in Feb and wasn't able to return back to Hickory, NC - so he's been alone since that time. My husband and I are currently in Hickory, NC for about a week or two trying to go through my mothers belongings and need to make sure the cat is either in a new home or put to sleep before we leave (really hate to put him to sleep but we may have no choice).

can you imagine puttin a sweet kitteh liek dis down just cus u cannut find a home fur it? if u noes ov sumbuddy dat has room in der home and heart fur a birman (dat luks liek ME!), puleez let me noes as soon as possible!!! the lady at birman rescue dat mommy has been in contact wit is in PA and she said she can work out transportation to anyone dat is interested.

Dat Dawg Sam

My brofur Sam went to the Rainbow Bridge on August 25th. He was sick fur a long time and m&d decided it wus time 2 let him go and be free 2 run again. I noes I alwayz gave him a hard time but he was my brofur and iz missing him lawts these days. This picshure was taken on teh day he went to teh Rainbow Bridge. We sat quietly together fur quite sum time, just me an him. I told him 2 say hi 2 all mai pals at the bridge and he told me 2 take care of mommy an daddy fur him. I think hez watching out fur all ov us up der, i hope he iz havin lawts fun.

I miss u mai brofur sam. mommy, daddy and i will nevar furget u.
